Pekin Bantam Hens
Pekins are a docile, friendly breed. Perfect for a small scale back garden set up.
Pekin bantams make a perfect pet for young children as they are easy to handle and love a cuddle.
They make an excellent broody and mum to their chicks.
They are fairly good layers, laying up to 180 eggs a year
Pekins are small and rounded weighing around 680 grams
Our Pekin Bantams are guaranteed hens and vaccinated (cockerels often available upon request)
Hens can be purchased by calling into our shop or you can reserve them through this website (for collection from our farm during our shop opening hours). To reserve hens a £5 deposit can be made (balance due on collection) or payment can be made in full. Please state the date you would like to collect the hens and we will confirm availability.
Please contact us to confirm availability before making a special journey to us, as it is extremely hard to keep stock levels up to date on our website when sales are also made directly from our farm.
