Country Wine Making Course

2020 Update:  Due to Covid19 all courses from March until July have been postponed.  We will continue to follow Government guidance and are now taking bookings for our 2020 courses from August onwards.  Should it not be possible to run these courses we will offer an alternative date or full refund.

A Morning Course

A practical course aimed at the beginner, this course will introduce you to the basics of winemaking, learning in a small group how to make Country Wines. Taking home a gallon of your own Wine to share with friends and family, you will also keep all the equipment needed to continue this traditional craft at home.

A Mead Making course is held in the afternoon. If both courses are booked for the same day we provide a complimentary lunch.

What To Expect:

1. Introduction To Wine
Find out all about traditional country wines, and the different types you can make.

2. Preparation And Practical Session

3. Preparation For Bottling
