An informal, evening gathering discussing beekeeping.
Over the last couple of years the association has been unable to hold many face-to-face meetings and apiary visits due to the pandemic and as such has been unable to meet and welcome new beekeepers as they would usually like to do. We have therefore arranged a new members evening to be held on Friday the 29th April at Mantel Farm. This evening will be an informal evening where you can meet members of the committee along with fellow members/new beekeepers.
We hope the evening will provide an opportunity for you to find out more about what the association has to offer and to discuss with others how you are getting on with your beekeeping, your beekeeping experiences so far, and to simply meet and network with others.
The evening will start at 7.30pm until 9.30pm, tea, coffee and cake will be available. Sheila will introduce the evening with a brief introduction to association, followed by a short beekeeping presentation by Master Beekeeper Mike Cullen.
To hep us to plan for the evening we are asking you to book a ticket in advance, parking is limited on site so please share lifts wherever possible.
There is no charge for this evening.
